We're looking for an AWS-certified full-stack web (JavaScript) developer to join our team.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000

The position is remote in the USA, but we prefer candidates in Colorado, Florida, Texas, Arizona, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, and Oregon. Responsibilities: * Design and develop full-stack web applications using modern technologies and frameworks. * Architect and implement cloud-based solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SNS, SQS, Cognito, DynamoDB, and others. * Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. * Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between the front-end and back-end systems. * Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure the security of our applications and data. * Optimize application performance and scalability by implementing best practices and utilizing AWS resources effectively. * Create front-end solutions with HTML, CSS, and Vue.js. * Write clean, well-documented, tested, and maintainable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices. * Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. * Support health and operation of applications as part of a team. * Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in full-stack development and cloud computing.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- AWS Certified Developer Associate or Professional, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Professional.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a full-stack developer, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Solid understanding of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Not required, but bonus points for
- Experience with serverless computing and AWS Lambda.
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of agile software development methodologies.
- Previous experience working on e-commerce or SaaS platforms.
