Greenhouse is looking for a Diversity Recruiting Consultant to join our team!
The Diversity Recruiting Consultant owns Greenhouse’s largest and most complex paid strategic enablement engagements via professional services. You will be an integral member of the Customer Success and Professional Services teams, assisting with change management and system enablement on Greenhouse-led implementations and conducting system audits and strategic advisement from the perspective of inclusive and equitable hiring.

What you’ll do
- Be an early member of Greenhouse's DE&I Advisory service in the Professional Services department
- Conduct discovery sessions in consultation with Enterprise customers to scope learning needs
- Work strategically with our largest and fastest-growing customers to help communicate effective change management strategies, associated system configurations, and recruiting strategies
- Build documentation and playbooks to standardize our premium learning programs and scale our offerings
- Partner with customers for extended lengths of time to create bespoke learning materials, including end user guides and video content
- Engage in change management and evangelism
You should have
- Extensive Greenhouse or ATS knowledge
- Project management experience
- Experience helping to build internal programs and process improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; assertive, strategic and thoughtful
- Demonstrated ability to manage and work well on a team, and adapt to a constantly changing environment with competing priorities

The range provided is for Colorado-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. Pay range: $77,000 - $169,000
