No external applicants at this time.We are looking for a high-impact, growth-oriented head of operations to take on the responsibility of leading the teams to a new level of success by analyzing and creating data sets that create a predictable and reliable process. In this critical role, you will be responsible for analyzing company-wide business data and product strategy to isolate areas of improvement. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, data-centric, process oriented and have a demonstrated history of delivering exceptional results focused on strategy, improvements, process, and many other facets of an Operations leadership job.

  • Own the company metrics and manage forecasts, budgets and roadmaps that drive meaningful growth
  • Bring ambition to Floify's business and product strategy to grow market share
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging industry trends to shape product strategy, development, pricing, and go-to-market
  • Lead and manage OKRs to support a culture of performance and accountability
  • Build camaraderie amongst the teams
  • Create an environment that fosters rapid experimentation, learning, and growth
  • Work with Porch leadership and Inspection and Real Estate Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams to execute strategies
  • Build a result-oriented team and culture focused on creating new products and growing Net Revenue Retention
  • Engage with customers and prospects to ensure alignment across strategy, execution and roadmap
  • Serve as the face of the ISN at industry events and conferences
  • Build a network within the industry to understand trends and build relationships with potential strategic partners and M&A prospects

What You Need to Get the Job Done:

  • 2-3+ years of experience leading B2B SaaS business teams
  • Experience supporting SMB and Enterprise customers with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Experience leading multi-disciplined teams to successful and measurable outcomes
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure progress, forecasting, and product execution and engagement
  • Ability to dive into thinking big and developing a product vision
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new markets and technologies quickly
  • A growth mindset focused on constantly learning and improving both individually and at the company
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment
