Responsible for driving customer-facing UI copy, content hierarchies, user flows, and information architecture across the Gusto platform. Collaborate with product teams on high-priority features and shape the future of content design practice at Gusto.
Provide layout and documentation support for Aerospace/RF/Mil-Spec and commercial PCB designs. Interface with various teams for design and manufacturing coordination. Maintain effective relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment. Interpret and work on a variety of design technologies.
Design, develop, and deploy learning assets including eLearning, videos, and instructor-led training. Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to create engaging training content. Measure training effectiveness and assist with course administration. Stay current on learning best practices.
