Department Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic sales-minded Vice President of Enterprise Mobility Sales to spearhead our B2B mobility sales efforts. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales team, developing a sales pipeline, and achieving revenue and subscriber goals within the enterprise market segment. This is a hands-on position that will give a leader an opportunity to build and scale something new.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the enterprise market, drive revenue growth, and expand market share.
  • Be a "hands-on" leader in building a top-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities.
  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue targets, subscriber acquisition goals, and sales productivity metrics.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts, positioning EchoStar as the preferred wireless provider.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, customer support and other enterprise wholesale teams, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and enhance the value proposition for enterprise clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Develop and implement customized solutions to address the unique needs and pain points of enterprise customers, leveraging [Company Name]'s portfolio of products and services.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to executive leadership on sales performance, pipeline health, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability within the enterprise sales organization, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.


Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales leadership roles within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on selling cellular services and devices to businesses.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and nurturing relationships with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.


Salary Ranges
Compensation: $185,000.00/Year - $225,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
