The Role:  This is an opportunity to provide client support for Personal Capital.   The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for the initial response for inbound client inquiries and the facilitation of client issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client requests via email, chat, and phone.
• Coordinate with partner teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in collecting data and escalating client service issues.
• Communicate with internal customers and leaders.

Additional Skills Desired:

• Past experience in supporting Internet based consumer applications technical support is highly desired.
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript and MySQL

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field is highly preferred.
• Financial services industry experience highly preferred.
