 Position: Technical Fulfillment Associate

Location:  Broomfield, CO

Overview:
Alteryx, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Technical Fulfillment Associate. This position is responsible for both the initial experience and ongoing interaction with our customer at the most important level - delivery of our product. This includes delivery of exceptional customer service with a focus on customer advocacy to ensure a fantastic user experience. Product delivered range from small orders to complex server & cloud based solutions.  
 
Qualifications:
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, be highly motivated, organized, efficient, and extremely detail oriented. We’re looking for an outgoing self-starter with a positive attitude who enjoys working with a team in a small business environment.. 
 
Responsibilities:
Product delivery:  
  • Manage the entire order fulfillment process with detail and accuracy, including documenting the process for users
  • Prepares domestic and international orders for shipping, ensuring receipt of all relevant documentation and agreements and interacts with Sales and Sales Operations to ensure orders are  processed, shipped and delivered
  • Responsible for ensuring and tracking customer delivery expectations are met and that the appropriate internal stakeholder is kept up to date
  • Create and maintain a published time frame for delivering evaluations to potential clients
  • Ensures that remote locations have most current releases of product and data assets
Licensing:  
  • Provides basic-to-intermediate technical services concerning software licensing and license key management; interacts with Technical Staff for advanced questions as well as training and support of Alteryx partners
  • Manages product templates for web and desktop products
  • Creates licenses for paid users from Gallery
  • Creates and maintains a central repository for internal licenses and notifies company when available
  • Keep Salesforce records up to date with client interactions
  • Add troubleshooting tips to Community
Requirements:
  • Willingness to consult multiple resources to obtain answers
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Basic understanding of software licensing models
  • Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Applicants with previous experience using Salesforce and NetSuite will be highly considered
