About You

We’re looking for someone with a history of demonstrated success in operations and supply chain. You’ll work closely with Notion’s Director of Operations and other company leaders to grow Notion’s footprint, and expand our mission. Hustle, a great attitude, organization and the ability to exceed expectations on a consistent basis are essential.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of suppliers, inbound and outbound logistics, and 3PL fulfillment to maintain customer satisfaction in all sales channels (B2B, B2C)

• Implement and lead ongoing operational supply review as part of S&OP cycle

• Meet company objectives for order fill rates, OTD, and inventory turns

• Maintain accurate system dates for all incoming product

• Conduct routine performance reviews with critical suppliers

• Manage return material authorizations, and work with suppliers on disposition of product once received

• Drive cost out of the product through effective ordering, partner selection

• Implement operational and supply chain modules of ERP system

• Maintain accurate book inventory via ERP system

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain / operations

• Demonstrated ability to reduce costs associated with manufacture and supply of hardware product to customer

• Strong negotiating skills

• Willing to travel to Asia once per quarter

• Proficiency with common business software platforms including MS Office and Google applications

• Experience with NetSuite preferred

• Experience with injection molded plastics preferred

• Experience with consumer electronics preferred
