LogRhythm is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our Information Systems team at our corporate office in Boulder, CO. This position will be primarily responsible for working within Salesforce Service Cloud and the ideal candidate in this role will troubleshoot, enhance, and work with end-users to ensure that Service Cloud keeps pace with changes in program operations, policies and/or procedures.
Core Functions
- Daily support of Salesforce Service Cloud including but not limited to the development & customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, sharing, routing and validation rules, community management, & service console
- Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
Participate in the software testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, and coordinating actual software testing - Staying current with Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements along with knowledge of front end best practices for Service Cloud
Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements - Provide application users with technical support
- Driving enhancements and initiatives from design to deployment
- Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as new features are developed
Experience
- 2-5 years Salesforce Service Cloud experience
- Strong command of APEX and Visualforce
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Must have proven attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple sprints / projects
- Scrum and/or Kanban Agile methodology
- Planning, tracking, and managing software development projects in JIRA
- GitHub experience for Versioning and Release Management
- Development & Configuration on Salesforce products (Sales, Service and/or Marketing Cloud)
- Experience in full circle implementation and deployment of Salesforce CRM applications
- Understanding of key Salesforce CRM architectural concepts and Salesforce CRM ecosystem
- Understanding of key integration concept (Point-to-Point/Middle Ware)
- Ability to develop business requirements and functional designs to effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements
- Ability to facilitate requirements and design sessions
- CPQ / CPQ+ experience a plus
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant) a plus
