From Initiation through to completion, the Project Manager will be responsible for planning customer specific engagements, managing the business requirements development, review and signoff process, managing the execution of deliverables while controlling scope, executing the change management process when needed, and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and project roadblocks.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and communicate the progress of the project, achieving project milestones and maintaining momentum of the project
- Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks
- Provide project support to cross functional team projects and drive projects not originated by Operations
- Development/refinement of an optimized customer implementation planning process
- Be a task master – ability to drive deliverables from all levels of the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree preferably in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business.
- A strong background in Project Management, including experience developing work-breakdown structures and project plans, most notably in Microsoft Project.
- At least 5 years of experience in creating, managing and delivering diverse projects
- Strong understanding of SaaS application capability productization and the steps required to make them “customer ready”
- Possess the ability to provide technical responses to a non-technical audience
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, goal oriented and inquisitive
- Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into workable solutions
- PMP is a plus, but not required
