Under the guidance of the Director of PMO, the Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact to all stakeholders for those projects.  This person works with InteliSecure’s clients and internal departments to help them meet their strategic business and technology needs.  Oversees all aspects of projects and takes responsibility for successes and failures. Additionally, the role will follow policies and procedures outlined in the Project Management Methodology (PMM), working closely with Finance, Professional Services, and Operations to create transparency across the business.

Ensure all tasks performed adhere to the firm’s ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS).  This includes participation in annual information and network security training and acceptance of spot checks on an ad hoc basis to guarantee that InteliSecure is constantly improving upon the organization’s ISMS.  Each member of our team must understand the importance of the ISMS and the subsequent handling of client data.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Manages the project life-cycle for each assigned engagement – developing project documentation, managing resources, monitoring project performance, and reporting progress and status of each project;

• Manages multiple projects simultaneously which often requires high levels of functional integration;

• Schedules and conducts project meetings, assigns tasks, ensures resources have the necessary tools to complete assignments, and holds all project team members accountable;

• Works to integrate a consistent project management methodology throughout the organization and ensures compliance;

• Identifies and recommends updates for the methodology and templates to conform to changing project management practices;

• Interfaces with all stakeholders impacted by the project;

• Responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables; and

• Performs Lessons Learned sessions focused on gathering appropriate feedback to drive continuous improvement and develop best practices.

• 2-4 years of project management experience;
• Knowledge of project management methodology, business and technology acumen;

• Client communication and client experience background;
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with project management software;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required;
• Understanding of ISO 9000, 20000, or 27000 series, ITIL practices;
• Data security experience, a plus; and
• IT Project+, CAPM, PMP or other PMI certification, a plus.
