Project Coordinator I
Summary:
The Project Coordinator organizes and focuses tasks associated with online tools and engaging with prospective customers digitally. The position will require working and strategizing with internal resources and external partners as new clients are engaged with Arrow via online tools. This position requires close attention to detail and ability to plan within available resources. In addition to owning tool roadmaps, the project coordinator maintains project momentum by facilitating ongoing communication between all stakeholders and project contributors.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a principle point of contact for project information and updates
- Provide support to the project manager, Sales team and management
- Ensure all integrations adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations
- Aid in gathering project requirements and develop product documentation
- Track and report integration goals and timelines
- Identify project and resource issues to provide solutions
- Escalate issues to avoid project delays
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Eagerness to explore and learn new skills
