This position will assist Production Lead in managing the flow of materials and equipment needed to satisfy customer orders and service tickets to meet scheduled ship dates. The primary responsibility of is to move packages. Will be required to safely perform assigned tasks while meeting predetermined standards.

Core Functions

Production & Shipping:

• Ensure accurate order fulfillment through the picking and shipping process.
• Assist in meeting department goals for inventory management by utilizing existing inventory to fulfill customer orders.
• Create shipping documentation including bills of lading, shipping labels and export paperwork.
• Prepare and follow up on freight claims.
• Report shortages in a timely manner to assist in inventory control.
• Assist with testing of new hardware as directed by Production Lead
• Assist in performing periodic inventory audits

• Ensure that established procedures are followed consistently
• Perform housekeeping tasks as necessary
• Maintain detailed shipping and inventory records
• Assist in fulfilling installation and service ticket orders as needed

Work Experience:

• 2-3 years experience in an assemble-to-order production environment.
