We are looking for a Product Design Lead to join our growing team in Westminster, CO. You'll help us build and enhance our digital advertising product suite and hopefully have a ton of fun along the way. You'll be working on the Product Management team, reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management located in San Francisco. You will partner closely with the Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Product Marketing and Business teams to help define, develop and launch best-in-class user experiences and visually engaging products that reinforce SpotX's position as a market leader in digital advertising.

The ideal candidate will be driven to make the complex simple, intuitive and beautiful for all of our users.

Make an immediate impact with these responsibilities:

• Partner with Users, Product Managers, Software Engineers and Product Marketing to define and oversee user experience
• Execute simple and beautiful design that combines intuitive UX with the finer details into a cohesive product that's so good, you can't help but brag about it (even though you're typically a pretty humble person)
• Develop information architecture, interaction models, customer flows, schematics, prototypes, and visual designs for products and services that challenge our assumptions, validate our hypotheses, and optimize our experiences
• Contribute tactically on day-to-day features balanced with building a high-level strategic product vision amongst the Product Management and Executive teams.
• Travel between Westminster, CO and San Francisco, CA to work with our world-class product team, interact with the design community at large and raise our bar for quality
• Manage and grow the Product Design team; must be a strong "player/coach"

Requirements we think are important. You might possess other awesome talents we'd love, too:

• 5+ years experience owning the design experience for a web application
• Must have a portfolio featuring examples of functional, simple and delightful user interfaces
• Experience with data visualization, infographics, and teachings of Tufte is a plus
• You possess excellent communication skills (you should be able to clearly articulate your design decisions) and be comfortable presenting to many audiences
• Experience building interactive prototypes
• Excellent teamwork skills, ability to manage, interpret and influence cross functional teams to facilitate a close relationship with Engineering, Marketing and Sales
