Position Overview

The New Initiatives Production Specialist is critical to the success of this dynamic company. You will be responsible for executing the daily order processing/fulfillment of new product initiative campaigns. You will also assist the Client Support Services team with providing daily support to the Account Management Team with all aspects of the order processing for Targeted Audiences in the Direct Marketing sector including but not limited to the following:

• Responsible for ensuring new initiative campaign schedules are set up in the system
• Responsible for ensuring new initiative production daily deadlines are met in a high-pace environment
• Assisting the Tag Implementation and New Initiatives Director as needed with tag opportunity requests setup, privacy policy status, and follow-up with clients (internal and external)
• Attend weekly New Initiative meetings
• Collaborative discussion with the New Initiatives Director and data operations team regarding upcoming campaigns
• Execution and quality control of statistical model and scoring runs, interacting with our Production Analyst and our expert team of Data Scientists as needed
• Assist with running core product campaigns
• Additional responsibilities as requested

Additional Details

• Location: Remote or Broomfield, CO
• Compensation Range: $58,000 - $68,000 annually
• Willing to work Mountain Time zone, Central Time Zone or Eastern Time zone hours
