Marketing Automation Manager
Are you a Marketing Automation professional that’s looking to own the lead process at a growing company? FRONTSTEPS is looking for an experienced self-starter to help us take our marketing automation to the next level. For example, we currently use Pardot integrated with Salesforce but we want you to come in, evaluate the process, and take us in the right direction.
The Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for managing our enhanced marketing automation program. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing FRONTSTEPS automation program, including email campaign management, lead lifecycle, reporting, and analytics.
The Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for our lead generation, remarketing, analytics and upsells within our existing base of business and is expected to be the lead on Automation best practices and overall marketing automation operational, program development, and optimization.

Responsibilities
- Support and manage the marketing automation strategy, solutions, and program management.
- Marketing automation performance and database health
- Manage and maintain lead lifecycle, lead flows, assignment rules, and workspaces
- Develop, maintain and optimize lead nurturing programs
- Assist other team members to develop and monitor workflows, engagement programs, and templates, and develop and test new initiatives
- Support and manage the corporate outbound e-mail marketing communications
- Work with Industry, Product and Field Marketing to execute highly effective direct response programs to significantly increase inbound lead flow and pipeline generation. Tasks will include developing landing pages, advertising copy, and incorporating other marketing collateral necessary to support the campaigns
- Act as subject matter expert concerning email marketing automation best practices, industry
Position Skills & Requirements
- Hands on experience in deploying and managing a marketing automation process (campaigns, programs, nurture programs, lead scoring, routing, best practices, and success/reporting metrics, etc.)
- Experience developing and running lead on programs strategy (from entry, scoring, transition, reporting and optimization – processes and program management)
- Experience working with Salesforce.com
- Requisite understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of the web development process, including requirements gathering, design, development tools, technologies, QA, and deployment
- Experience with web analytics tools
- Account-Based Marketing experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Marketo, Oracle/Eloqua, Unica or other enterprise-based marketing automation technology platform
- Marketing automation/email marketing program management with SAAS Organization
- Experience developing responsive HTML email templates
