Responsibilities:
Own the onboarding team by setting a strategic vision and adapting day-to-day operations to ensure long-term success
Lead process improvements and align the team with overall business objectives
Streamline the onboarding processes to ensure positive user experience
Establish, track, and report on KPIs and SLAs
Liaise with C-level and senior management on high-level projects
The ideal candidate has:
4+ years experience building, scaling and leading phenomenal teams
Proven aptitude for fueling business process improvement
Ability to prioritize and achieve results in rapidly changing and ambiguous environments
Referenceable experience using data and analytics to make informed, large-scale decisions
A self-driven personality with a strong operations background
