Ibotta Summer MBA Marketing Internship Program
Ibotta has an exciting summer internship opportunity for an MBA student interested in marketing, consumer brands and technology. The MBA Marketing Intern, User Retention will help shape Ibotta’s world class customer marketing programs. The ideal candidate must be organized, self-motivated and analytically driven, while also managing multiple projects and external partners.
As a MBA Marketing intern, you will support the Senior Marketing Manager in building and executing high impact, high ROI customer marketing programs, and analyze marketing programs and develop optimizations to improve programs like invite friends, Teamwork, and other loyalty-based programs. You will also provide data-driven recommendations to improve strategy and increase key business metrics, work with product and marketing teams to build a best-in-class user experience, and manage relationships with, and performance of, external retention-focused advertising partners.
Here is what we’re looking for:
- Degree with focus in business, marketing, advertising, economics or related field.
- Strong analytical skills, experience extracting and manipulating data a plus.
- Ability to manage several projects and their moving parts simultaneously.
- Proven ability to think creatively and implement ideas from start to finish.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed and self-motivated.
- 2-4+ years of marketing or relevant business experience required, preferably experience with marketing initiatives around user retention and loyalty.
All internships start in mid/late May and last ~ 10 weeks. Internships are full-time (40 hours/week), paid positions based in our downtown Denver office.
