As a Financial Analyst on the Corporate Finance team, you'll prepare and analyze company-wide metrics for internal and external reporting. In this role you will own ARR and retention reporting, assist in monthly revenue analysis and support the cash forecast process. You will work closely with the finance and accounting teams to drive business initiatives and team priorities. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in financial analysis and SaaS, advanced excel skills, high attention to detail and has a proactive results-oriented work ethic.
What You'll Do
- Prepare monthly ARR and retention reporting for the executive leadership team and investors collaborating with Client Success team to provide insights on business performance and variance analysis.
- Prepare and maintain weekly cash forecast collaborating with Finance and Accounting leadership on inputs and variance explanations.
- Prepare and distribute daily cash reports to finance and accounting leadership.
- Assist with monthly revenue variance analysis, payments bookings forecast, monthly financial presentations and other ad hoc revenue requests.
- Assist in maintaining and refining our Workday Adaptive financial planning and analysis tool.
- Assist and collaborate on enterprise-wide corporate financial modeling and analysis including but not limited, revenue modeling and analysis, services capacity model, CAC and LTV analysis.
- Work with Finance and Accounting to drive business initiatives and team priorities.
- Recommend process improvement and enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience in financial modeling and analysis, SaaS experience preferred
- Requires knowledge of corporate finance terms and concepts, as well as accounting principles
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Ability to multi-task effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
- Strong analytical skills, proactive results-oriented work ethic, and adaptable to change
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous communication to internal stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Experience with Adaptive or another comparable planning tool
- Experience with Intact or another comparable accounting system
Compensation
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.
US base salary range: $81,000 - $97,200.
