Kapost is seeking an Engagement Director to deploy our world-class software and guide C-Level Executives in the deployment process.  This is a senior-level position that is critical in the successful implementation and use of our SaaS based solution.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Your job will be much more than just managing a book of business, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients in various capacities including proactive discovery of their needs, driving feature adoption through product demos and consultative upselling, and quarterbacking escalated issue resolution on behalf of customers.
  • You’ll be working with C-level executives to understand their business goals and business pain that has led them to work with Kapost
  • You’ll get to know the client's business intimately. Understand and navigate the organization to ensure adoption and proper deployment of the Kapost solution
  • You’ll own the process (soup to nuts) and work with the client project managers, ensure all users are trained and using the product regularly, assist client in configuring the application, and act as an escalation point when issues arise ensuring client satisfaction
  • You’ll work cross-functionally across Kapost to advocate on behalf of your clients’ needs.
  • You'll manage Customer Success Managers in your pod, to work collaboratively on ensuring your customers' success.
 
What you need / desired experience:
 
  • You’re an incredible relationship manager, preferably at a SaaS company, with at least four years of experience managing a book of business and the metrics to back up your rockstar status.
  • Ideally you have experience with marketing applications, especially applications like Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, and SaaS-based applications
  • You’re a confident and know how to interact with C-level decision makers
  • You’re organized and can self-manage (no babysitting here) as well as take ownership of your client accounts and deployment projects.  
  • You’ve got experience in professional services/consulting organization, ideally within a software vendor
  • You’re willing to travel to client locations (up to 50%)
  • You’re collaborative, and know how to build trust
  • You've managed before and help lead other account management functions to success.
