 Hi, I’m Jenn and I want to give you a glimpse into the world of support at Craftsy. From my first day in June of 2011, my goal was to make sure this is not your typical support team. Our mission is to create raving fans. We go beyond answering questions and solving problems, to providing a memorable experience rooted in surprising and delighting our members. Our support team takes pride in helping members find happiness in our classes, supplies, kits, and pattern marketplace. 
 
We’re looking for a team member to be part of that something special and help support our members with site navigation, answering digital and eCommerce order questions, and mobile app questions to name a few things. Join a team that routinely receives comments like "it's a borderless world and you guys have tapped into it. I wish I was working for a company like Craftsy."

  • Managing multiple systems including Zendesk, google apps, other external web based apps, and internal tools

  • Improving  our members experience, yourself, the team, and the company
