- Someone who can listen to customer needs and issues and translate those into business objectives and strategies.

- You are always listening for a sales opportunity and you understand how to route them within the organization.

- You’re not intimidated by new technology; in fact you embrace it, and often find yourself as the internal and external advocate for new processes/systems/technologies.

- You believe there are no problems just challenges with solutions yet to be determined.

- You have a thirst for knowledge and take initiative to grow your industry expertise without any direction.

- Someone who leads by example and has the desire to lead a team someday.

REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements

- Own post sale relationships.

- Manage metrics regarding utilization, retention, satisfaction and share of wallet.

- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care and Development.

- Methodical record keeping in the CRM (Zoho).

- Establish lasting relationships with key stakeholders within our customer base.

- Knowledge of project management philosophies and strategies.

- Perform regular product training sessions in person with customers as well as through webinars.

- Travel as needed (10-15 days per year).

- MS Office Ninjas are preferred, as you will need to prepare QBR’s with detailed spreadsheets and presentations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science or Communications.

- Software industry experience required.

- 5 Years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or Product Management.

- Familiar with both SMB and Enterprise client needs.

- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of business process across industries.

- Ability to lead cross functional groups.

Preferred Experience (not required, but would be helpful)

  • Oil & Gas experience
  • Natural Resource experience
  • Fleet management experience
  • Telematics experience
