We are seeking an organized, energetic, and tech savvy Customer Success Manager to join our team.

Position Summary

Customer Success Managers are responsible for building relationships with customers, driving usage, managing deliverables, and ensuring that all accounts are successful. CSMs must be great with people, great with Excel, and generally tech savvy. As a CSM, you will be the main point of contact for customers. We focus on larger accounts, so CSMs must be able to manage strategic relationships and influence product engagement. The candidate will join our established Customer Success team and report to the Senior Director of Customer Success.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage customers and ensure that they are successful in using GoSpotCheck
  • Take responsibility for clear communication to customers
  • Manage deadlines and deliverables for customers
  • Work closely with the rest of the Customers Success team as well as the Data Analytics team to manage customer requests
  • Drive usage and upsells for customers
  • Manage training and on boarding for customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience in account management
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience with data analytics preferred
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Commitment to being available for the customer whenever necessary
  • Strong experience with software tools, including Keynote
  • Strong familiarity with SaaS
  • Willing to travel to customer offices if necessary
  • Knowledge of Retail Industry a plus
  • Must be able to move quickly and make decisions in a timely manner
  • Must have great attention to detail
