Green Chef is currently seeking an experienced, professional, and outgoing Customer Service Representative.

* You must show a strong understanding and interest in what we do to be a successful applicant.

* Must have reliable transportation, be able to pass a background check, and have positive references.

* You must have experience with Internet, email and telephone customer support.

* This is a fast-paced work environment where personal accountability is critical.

* 40 word-per-minute typing minimum.

Responsibilities:

* Must provide excellent customer service at all times.

* Manage customer expectations to Green Chef standards via email, telephone, and live chat.

* Think and react quickly while remaining focused on accuracy.

* Ability to professionally communicate in an understanding but straightforward manner at all times.

* Precise attention to detail.

* Consistent application of company policy to all customers.

Skills:

* Excellent Customer Service skills and experience.

* Quick learner.

* Full verbal and written English proficiency (spelling, syntax, and grammar).

* Strong desire to successfully and professionally assist the customers of Green Chef with their inquiries.
