Woot Math is an ed-tech startup in Boulder, Colorado seeking an experienced and professional customer service representative. This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning startup that is passionate about helping all students succeed in math.

Working for a tech startup, the demands are fluid and ever-changing. Here is a sample some of the tasks you’ll work on:

• New customer onboarding – help our teachers and schools get started using Woot Math, including new account setups, classroom imports, etc.

• Customer support – answer a variety of questions from teachers, schools and districts about Woot Math

• Inboard marketing – identify and research future customers based on specific criteria-matching qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS degree

• 2+ years customer service/sales

• Extremely well organized and detail oriented

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Tech savvy: we use Google Apps, Salesforce, QuickBooks and internal tools

• Creative problem solver

• Self-starter with proven ability to work independently or in small teams

• Loves math (I mean really, who doesn’t?)

DETAILS

• 24 hours a week with the potential to increase to full-time. All work will be completed on-site at our office in downtown Boulder (our office is open M-F 8-6).

• Compensation: $19.25/hour

ABOUT WOOT MATH

Woot Math was formed in March 2013 by five founders with a vision to revolutionize the use of technology in education. Since its inception, the company has built and launched the award-winning Woot Math adaptive learning platform to address the single biggest pain point in education – making all students algebra ready.
