Content Management Specialist

Zayo is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Content Specialist. In this role, you will own content for the Enterprise Change Management Office (eCMO) and for other cross functional organizational needs on a case by case basis. You will focus on developing eCMO's internal content template and content framework and produce standardized high-value content for our growing technology business. This will be pivotal to driving results for the Transformation Office by increasing eCMO brand awareness and increasing engagement and standardization, through production of high-quality, data-driven, educational, and actionable content.
You will partner with internal stakeholders within the Transformation Office, Network Ops, IT, GSM Sales Enablement, People & Culture, and Talent functions to develop standardized content and work with the Communications org to ensure the content delivery is timely and standardized. You will leverage content templates to drive engagement across all of Zayo. Based on the content framework/template created, you will be responsible for partnering with our key stakeholders in socializing, training and helping with adoption of the created content framework.
Key responsibilities include:
- Research, ideate, and create high quality content for Zayo's eCMO team and cross functional areas
- Be the Subject matter expert on creating eCMO related content, as examples: -
- Content to stand up eCMO capabilities
- Create Change Management training content and artifacts
- Create program-specific artifacts
- Participate in both training content creation and facilitation
- Participate in standing up a Change Network across Zayo
- Work cross-functionally to create content that support all of Zayo's needs
- Advise on best format for content and distribution channels
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- Be local to Denver, CO and be able to commute to the office.
- 3 years experience in developing content.
- Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- Possess creativity and passion to create content based on the requirements
- Sharp listening skills and be able to gather requirements and translate them into meaningful content for the org.
Additional Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Change Management principles and guidelines
- Familiarity working to developing content for Change Management Office
- Comfortable creating and managing editorial calendar
- Create eCMO content in partnership with Comms team to house on the intranet page that includes program specific content, FAQs, Q/A, blogs and more
- Strong writing skills, including grammar, style and tone
- Strong communication and editing skills
- Able to work effectively as a team player
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of PROSCI and experience working with Change teams
- Passion for technology and infrastructure
- Familiarity with advanced tools such as Workday
Base salary range: $64,700 - $86,300 commensurate with experience
