As a Staff UX Designer for Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions at Workiva, you will be responsible for designing SOX and audit products and solutions. Your role will involve creating robust artifacts and driving the user experience across a defined area of the Workiva platform.
Lead the design for Workbench, the integral backbone to the product design practice, while managing and developing a team of designers. Contribute to strategic decisions, establish design system standards, provide feedback, and collaborate with senior design leadership to align the system with the product vision.
Provide layout and documentation support for Aerospace/RF/Mil-Spec and commercial PCB designs. Interface with various teams for design and manufacturing coordination. Maintain effective relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment. Interpret and work on a variety of design technologies.
