As a Workday Senior HRIS and Payroll Analyst you will be a key member of the Total Rewards, HR Operations and Technology team. The position will have primary responsibility for driving HR solutions through HR technologies and tools (including Workday) and partial operational payroll responsibilities.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
HRIS • Lead HR technology (including Workday) solution delivery, change control, enhancements, break/fix, and security• Implement and support new HR technologies and re-engineer processes to continually enhance HR operational efficacy• Manage business requests end to end including prioritization, project management, requirements gathering, functional and technical documentation, end to end system and user testing• Partner across the organization to proactively promote and support engagement with our HR technology
PAYROLL (approximately 10% of responsibilities)• Responsible for accurate, timely and efficient bi-weekly payroll processing of ~500 U.S. employees, utilizing Workday as source of record and payroll engine, and in partnership with our managed payroll service provider, OneSource Virtual (4-6 hours bi-weekly)• Responsible for accurate, timely and efficient monthly payroll processing of 2 non-U.S. payrolls (~3-5 employees), utilizing Workday as source of record and in partnership with our foreign managed payroll service providers (2-4 hours monthly)• Serve as the subject matter expert for all payroll related matters, including Workday configuration• Serve as the audit control owner for all payroll audit controls including timely and accurate resolution of all audit-related requests• Responsible for review and uptake of new and updated legislation, payroll tax regulation, applicable federal and regional laws and industry changes that affect payroll operations
QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's Degree or professional experience equivalency• 7+ years of demonstrated excellence with HRIS/HCM technology• 4+ years of demonstrated excellence using all/most Workday HCM products• 4+ years of experience managing U.S. payroll processing• This role is hybrid and will require you to be in the office 2-3 days per week
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND TALENTS • Demonstrated record of accomplishments driving successful HR technology initiatives Deep Workday HCM knowledge including core frameworks (Integrations, Security, Reporting) and functional products (HR, compensation, benefits, performance/talent, absence/time off, time tracking and US payroll)• Experience defining technical requirements and working with cross functional systems/owners• Strong understanding of all HR disciplines and programs• Demonstrated high degree of accuracy and attention to detail• Established project management skills• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including lookups, logical expressions, and pivot tables• Working knowledge of U.S. wage and labor laws/practices (e.g. FLSA) and U.S. payroll practices and procedures• Experience leading internal and external audit projects (SOX controls...etc.)• Collaborative and team-focused

104,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD Annual
Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:
Bonus Plan at 10% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
