We are looking for a mid to senior-level Brand Communications Writer to join us: an agile and talented writer, who is passionate about helping brands discover their voice. By putting words to work, this person will help to solve complex business and brand challenges in unexpected ways and turn brand strategy into brand experience.
Your Role:

  • Support the growth of our unique, fast-moving team.
  • Manage and support both short and long-lead Verbal projects, including the creation and development of brand voice, messaging, content, creative workshops, client training and more
  • Put strategic thinking into action by bridging strategy and creative. Craft verbal identities that break the mold with compelling writing that creates connections for a variety of clients and audiences
  • Actively collaborate with team members across Monigle. Infuse all projects with expert language, share your writing and linguistic expertise
  • Actively engage in our culture of collaboration and feedback, and contribute to the overall Monigle experience


Your Skills:

  • Passion for language: Your creativity is fueled by language and expression. Your number-one skill is crafting engaging content-and you have professional writing samples to prove it.

  • Problem-solver: You dive in, uncover answers and help move work forward.
  • Client-facing expertise: You partner with your clients and bring them along for the journey. You're comfortable communicating your ideas, leading group conversations and running creative workshops.


Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of professional writing experience in a creative team environment. Brand, creative or media agency experience a plus.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofing skills with experience in producing content for a variety of touchpoints: internal/external communications, promo materials, activations, web copy, social media and other digital outlets
  • Strong passion for storytelling and how to bring stories to life
  • Self-starter adept at picking up and leading projects, ability to manage timelines and work independently
  • A team player who understands that work is strengthened by working well with others
  • A solid understanding of the basic rules of composition and grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Outgoing and excited by the opportunity to help shape the direction for a small but agile team
  • Passionate about building a career in the branding space
  • An overall positive and upbeat approach to work and life


Salary range: $70,000 - $108,000 (Denver, Colorado area)
Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.
