As we expand our offerings and enter new markets, strategically positioning our innovations and effectively managing pricing and packaging are becoming increasingly critical. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Portfolio, to spearhead our release marketing efforts and collaborate with our pricing teams. This role will be pivotal in increasing awareness of Klaviyo as a leader in innovation, and shaping and executing our pricing and packaging strategies to support our growth objectives.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies while supporting key business initiatives for the portfolio product marketing team. This role requires a strong cross-functional leader with excellent project management capabilities. You will drive alignment with senior leadership and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across R&D, creative, integrated marketing, and enablement.
Your ability to articulate and align insights with our company's goals is essential for driving innovation and maintaining our competitive edge in the market. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
How You'll Make a Difference
- Release Marketing: Drive the program that communicates our innovation story to our internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and the market. Coordinate the strategic launch of new products and features, ensuring they are communicated effectively as part of our broader portfolio offerings and aligned with our brand and core positioning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage closely with R&D, Creative, PR, Integrated Marketing, and senior leadership to drive initiatives related to our offerings and ensure they are aligned with overall business goals.
- Pricing Strategy Development: Work with pricing leadership to craft innovative pricing and packaging strategies that showcase the combined value of our platform. Create effective communications to our customers, partners, and market that clearly reinforce the value of our offerings and pricing model.
- Feedback Loop: Establish mechanisms to gather and analyze feedback from sales teams and customers on the effectiveness of our strategies, advising adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
Who You Are
- Solid Foundation: 5+ years of proven experience in product marketing, with at least one role in B2B SaaS and with strong project management and analytical capabilities.
- Strategic Thinker: You have a deep understanding of how to strategically market a portfolio of products, integrating individual product strengths into a compelling industry-focused narrative.
- Release Marketing Savvy: You are experienced in planning and executing product launches and release announcements, understanding how to position each release within the context of all additional external messages.
- Analytical Mindset: Your analytical skills help you assess market trends and competitive dynamics, making informed decisions that drive profitability and market expansion.
- Collaborative Partner: Adept at fostering cooperation across various teams, you ensure that pricing and release strategies are well-aligned with our corporate objectives and market realities.
- Effective Communicator: Skilled in articulating complex strategies, you ensure that our pricing and release plans are understood and effectively implemented across the organization.
- Adaptive Learner: Committed to continuous improvement, you actively seek and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance our marketing strategies, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in dynamic markets.

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. This role is eligible for benefits, including: medical, dental and vision coverage, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), flexible paid time off and company-paid holidays and a culture of learning that includes a learning allowance and access to a professional coaching service for all employees.
Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$124,000 - $186,000 USD
