Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Infinite, Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile Brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Equipped with Boost Mobile and its 9 million customers as the newest part of the DISH brand, we're setting our sights on competing in the prepaid and postpaid retail wireless market as the nation's fourth facilities based mobile carrier.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Digital Analyst to join our team and drive insights, strategies, and optimizations for our eCommerce website and mobile application. As a Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, performance metrics, and customer journeys to enhance the overall digital experience and drive business growth. This role will focus on both the eCommerce website and the associated mobile application, which includes account management functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools and techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources including web analytics & mobile analytics.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, average order value, user engagement, retention rates, and other metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, and marketers to optimize the user experience across the eCommerce website and mobile application. Provide recommendations for UI/UX enhancements based on data-driven insights.
- A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate tests to evaluate the impact of changes and enhancements on user behavior, conversion rates, and overall performance.
- Customer Journey Analysis: Analyze customer journeys across various touch points including website, mobile app, email, and social media to identify friction points, opportunities for personalization, and strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Insights: Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards, and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations for optimizing digital performance and achieving business objectives.
- Account Management Optimization: Focus specifically on account management functionalities within both the eCommerce website and mobile application. Analyze user interactions, account creation, login patterns, and account-related activities to enhance user experience and drive customer retention.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across departments including marketing, product management, customer service, and IT to align digital initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to eCommerce, mobile applications, digital analytics, and customer experience optimization.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Analyst, Web Analyst, or similar role, preferably in an eCommerce or mobile app environment.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving improvements.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, mobile applications, and account management functionalities is desirable.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $118,800.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
