Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are actively seeking a motivated and innovative Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team!
In this role, you will:
- Guide by example as a culture and rigor ambassador, setting standards for peers in business systems
- Serve as a primary resource within the team, possessing an in-depth understanding of business systems
- Thoroughly document requirements, aligning them with core enterprise principles
- Collaborate closely with development teams to implement processes meeting product and customer needs
- Interpret business drivers, identifying gaps, and proposing initiatives to enhance system efficiency
- Coordinate complex efforts, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational goals
- Define execution plans aligned with enterprise goals, proactively communicating across all levels
Skills, Experience and Requirements
As a successful Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of business systems analysis experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Practical experience in business systems design
- Preferred experience in digital customer and B2B partner platforms
- Proficiency in various business analysis techniques and tools
- Passionate about driving critical business programs from conception to completion
- Naturally curious and adventurous, with a commitment to continuous learning
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $136,625.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
