What You Will Do

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will:

  • Turn market, strategic, and customer information into a clear product roadmap
  • Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and our customers to guide products from conception to launch
  • Bridge technology and business as you design services that our customers love
  • Be ready to interact with customers and prospects while syncing the entire organization (Engineering, Sales, Client Services, Marketing, Designers, and Finance) to implement our vision

How You Will Spend Your Days

  • Gather requirements and gain deep understanding of our customers and their needs
  • Build rigorous product roadmap by balancing short-term business goals with long-term vision and strategy
  • Develop a keen understanding of buying personas, industry influencers, and decision makers
  • Become the expert on all solutions and use cases, and their applicability to various industries
  • Analyze performance through the adoption funnel of our SaaS platform
  • Guide product development in an agile development process ensuring delivery of key capabilities on time and on budget
  • Build and manage product and UI/UX teams
  • Work with the executive team to develop Go-to-Market strategy, pricing model, and ROI for customers
  • Evaluate and track KPIs and ROIs for key product initiatives
  • Analyze market opportunities and work with CPO to deliver against product strategy

What You Bring to this Role

  • 6+ years of successful experience in product management in an enterprise SaaS environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Psychology, Physics, or similar field. Advanced degree preferred
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is required
  • Superior analytical, writing, verbal, and time management skills
  • Team player with demonstrated communication and leadership skills. Comfortable leading meetings and presenting in front of groups of colleagues, partners, or customers
  • Previous experience practicing outbound product management. You relish the opportunity to meet with customers and prospects to gather requirements and introduce features
  • Proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines while successfully juggling a multitude of projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communicator who is able to keep the whole organization informed and excited about where we’re taking the product
  • Extreme level of energy, highly self-motivated, and a passion for success
  • Effective listener that can get to the root of customer problems/needs
