As the Product Management lead for the Security team, you will own the security roadmap and build innovative solutions to maintain our position as the most secure real estate technology platform. Lastly, you will work collaboratively to ensure our platform meets all relevant security and audit standards, as outlined by the InfoSec team’s strategy and roadmap.
Over the last 5-7 years as a Product Manager, you have developed a passion for creating secure products while leading an innovative, agile team. Experience as a Security Product Manager working alongside InfoSec teams is highly preferred. Real estate industry experience or experience in other highly regulated industries like fintech is not a must have but would give you major bonus points. Additionally, we are looking for candidates with familiarity and experience managing security features regarding user authentication flows and integrating with security products like SSO or ATO platforms.
You should have significant experience shipping products from concept to launch and be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment. You can think in terms of the big picture, but also get your hands dirty with whatever it takes to ship products and features successfully - from QA testing to supporting customers. You know how to research topics, using both quantitative and qualitative methods to figure out what we need to build - and when. You know how and when to be scrappy in a growth stage startup environment.
