About the Team Inscape is an industry leader in advertising solutions through automatic content recognition. Inscape is seeking an energetic and experienced Product Manager to help drive the company's embedded software and roadmap to serve its rapidly growing TV base. The perfect candidate must be innovative, experienced and results-oriented willing to define requirements, communicate them and drive the execution of new capabilities, tools and documentation. You will need to understand customers, partners and legal requirements and be responsible for driving and synthesizing these into new product features, user scenarios and roadmaps. In this role, you will work directly with TVs and chipsets manufacturers, manage the relationship and their expectations. You will also be working closely with the embedded engineering team and other stakeholders in the company. What You Will Do

  • Manage TV manufacturers relationships
  • Write product requirements documents, use cases and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business, partners and development teams
  • Contribute to the overall product portfolio roadmap, and manage prioritizing and trade-offs against developers, TV firmware releases and time to market
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and externally.
  • Define key metrics & goals for the embedded System team and partner with the Tech Lead to accomplish them
  • Collect and synthesize inputs from engineering, sales and the market to lead business and products direction
  • Partner with cross functional teams to ensure quality product output, timeliness, and market requirements

About You

  • You have 5+ years product management experience working on low-level embedded systems
  • You have experience in Linux and Android Oss
  • You have experience integrating applications at Firmware level
  • You have experience working on products that use video technologies such as FFMPEG
  • You have proven ability to ship highly complex products leading both internal engineering and cross-functional teams as well as external vendor relationships
  • You are very organized and rigorous follow up skills
  • You have a willingness and desire to roll up sleeves and get hands dirty
  • You have outstanding communication, presentation and writing skills
  • You have knowledge in SQL, C and REST APIs
  • You have a computer science degree or equivalent
  • Prefer: Mandarin speaking
