Our team is on a mission to make vacation rental easy for everyone. We provide homeowners with the easiest and most effective way to generate rental income, while offering travelers the world's best booking experience.



We're conveniently located in Downtown Denver offering easy access to the Cherry Creek Bike Path, RTD Light Rail, as well as all the great restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops the city has to offer! Oh, and we also like to have a lot of fun.

The Position

Do you enjoy being the go to Salesforce professional in a growing organization? Want to have an immediate and important impact with a company leveraging the platform far beyond a simple sales CRM? Then come join one of the fastest growing industries, and help design and support our custom Force.com environment. As our Salesforce.com Solution Architect, your work will be varied and interesting as you perform a variety of responsibilities, ranging from daily administration to higher-level analysis and configuration. You will contribute to the support of ongoing cross-team operations, as well as the planning and execution of special projects. As a technically savvy, analytical, process-oriented individual, you will work closely with our Application Development and Internal teams to provide day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of Evolve’s Force.com platform and lead ongoing improvement efforts. You will embrace the challenge of solving critical business problems in an agile environment. You must be a self-starter, be able to perform a variety of responsibilities, and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a solution architect and administrator for Evolve’s Force.com application
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure configurations effectively support business requirements
• Implement and test new enhancement requests after assessing their potential impact
• Manage Salesforce administration including but not limited to user roles, security, profiles, object/field relationships, workflow rules, processes, flows, page layouts, validation rules, email templates, custom buttons and triggers
• Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures
• Manage processes to promote system changes into production upon completion of appropriate change management and org readiness activities
• Prepare data files and upload data into Force.com
• Create reports in SalesForce.com to meet operational requirements
• Create and maintain internal technical documentation

Requirements/Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as a SalesForce.com administrator or similar experience
• Experience aligning business applications with complex business process requirements
• Excellent customer service skills with strong written, verbal and listening communication skills
• Strong analysis and decision making abilities, including problem-solving
• Strong sense of ownership and desire/ability to exceed expectations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work on tight deadlines
