Some of our headline products use patented technology to enable cancer patients to be tested for the presence of cancer from their blood.

The successful candidate will play an important role in shaping and refining the company's growth and requires a background in molecular assay development, quantitative genotyping, digital PCR and some NGS (not required at the beginning). The ideal candidate should also have some good publication history.

In this role, you will be working with the GTM team and responsible for creating superior, high-performance molecular assays using our unique digital and analytical solutions.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Cancer Genomics, or a related field.

• Experience with PCR assay design.

• Perform literature research to keep team up-to-date on relevant scientific discoveries, technologies and practices.

Preferred Background

• NGS experience is a plus.

• Demonstrated excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly flexible manufacturing environment.
