Job Description
We are looking for a Product Support Analyst with strong interests and expert capabilities in the planning, organizing and execution of product support activities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. This hands-on position with significant interaction with all areas of the company.
This individual excels at providing both highly analytical and creative ideas, and can bring those ideas life in a way that feels inspired, refined and even magical. The candidate will also have experience in a fast-paced and innovative development environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform issue investigation and leverage product knowledge to provide system support to business stakeholders
- Liaise between business stakeholders and the Product Support team to define product requirements
- Develop detailed enhancement and bug user stories and ensure acceptance criteria are met
- Provide input into Product Support backlog and release candidates based on business support activities
- Participate in feature and regression testing activities during each product release
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
- Ability to manage changing priorities and plan effectively with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- 2+ years of business analysis and requirements gathering experience for software development projects
- Understanding of common software development and project management
