Homebot’s customers are loan officers and real estate agents; we help them to provide their clients with a personalized real estate financial dashboard that makes complicated insights easy to understand and provides user-friendly communication opportunities. To help us shape the future of lender marketing, we're seeking a passionate Product Manager to own the delivery and reliability of our suite of products.
What you’ll do:
- Gifted in communication and decision-making, you can inspire our development team to deliver amazing results while instilling confidence in our users by handling daily production support with grace.
- Working with Homebot’s business and technology leaders, you will gather detailed requirements, identify lead times, manage the Product Director’s delivery expectations, perform QA activities to confirm product acceptance, collaborate with our awesome development team to deliver working software, and partner with our Product Marketing Manager to ensure a successful go-to-market.
- As the owner of detailed requirements and QA acceptance, you have a passion for user-centric design and copy, while knowing when to stop polishing so you can launch the feature and learn!
- As a servant leader, you get stoked about effectively measuring, communicating, and reporting on defined sprint KPIs, deliverable progress, resource needs, and barriers so that our team can do their best work
- Committed to ensuring top quality user experience, you will triage support requests and bug reports from the Homebot team, making judgment calls to prioritize bugs into current or future sprints.
- As a humble and motivated technology leader, you will use Agile practices to achieve these goals, including believing we can and should always find ways to improve.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of product management experience, preferably at a B2B SaaS company
- Technical acumen as showcased by a proven ability to partner with developers during all stages of the software development lifecycle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as demonstrated by a track record of usable products and audience-centric artifacts (ie requirements documentation, project plans, go-to-market materials, and feature design)
- Personality that enjoys frequent change and can adjust priorities accordingly
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to drive cross-functional teams
Bonus If:
- Experience as a UX designer
- Familiarity with Real Estate and/or Mortgage Lending and the different stakeholders involved with homeownership
- Experienced with Jira, Salesforce, Intercom, Wistia, AWS, Lokalise, Mandrill, Twilio
- Conversationally fluent in Spanish
