Over the last 5 years, AdCellerant has grown from a few founders to a team of over 50 talented, hard-working individuals leading the industry in supporting local marketers. This team helps execute sophisticated digital advertising campaigns in Programmatic, Native, Video, Mobile, Search Engine Marketing, Email, and Search Engine Optimization.
Now active in 5 countries and over 300 markets the AdCellerant team is looking to hire a Product Manager to help guide the brand through the company’s future business endeavors. The Product Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and training both internal and external team members throughout the AdCellerant footprint. This individual will be a self-starter, hard worker and independent in their work. AdCellerant is focused on growing more than 4x over the next 3 years and the Product Manager will play a key role in how the company evolves moving forward.
Job Responsibilities:
Product Development and Engineering Workflow
Own/manage ongoing product development and engineering workflow
Coordinate with tactical teams and executives to make sure work product and company expectations are aligned
Report on ongoing progress towards achieving milestones
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Technology Trends / Emerging Markets
Stay up to speed on industry developments as it relates to specific company products
Continually vet vendors and providers for incremental product development opportunities
Client Relations
Monitor, seek out and explore client feedback on existing company products shaping the future development of the product roadmap
Hold client advisory meetings to understand where products are falling short and how they can be improved

Experience with managing project plans, timelines, and roadmap
Ongoing reporting
Vendor Management
Vet vendors for projects
Aligning vendors with internal timelines/schedules
Holding vendors accountable
Qualifications:
2-3 years managing a SCRUM / Agile team
5 years of software product management experience
Experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
Experience with product management tools such as JIRA/Pivotal Tracker/Rally/etc
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
