To help us shape the future of lender marketing, we're seeking a passionate Product Manager to own the design, delivery, and reliability of our customer admin portal, public API platform, and nascent go-to-market practices.

This is a full-time position based in our Denver, CO office.

What You’ll Be Accountable For:

  • Working with Homebot’s business and technology leaders, you will gather detailed requirements, identify lead times, manage the Product Director’s delivery expectations, perform QA activities to confirm product acceptance, collaborate with our awesome development team to deliver working software, and lead product marketing efforts to ensure a successful go-to-market and adoption.
  • As the owner of detailed requirements and QA acceptance for your team, you have a passion for user-centric design and copy, while knowing when to stop polishing so you can launch the feature and learn!
  • Committed to delivering software that truly solves problems, you will passionately craft, manage, and measure product launches -- including building launch plans, managing beta programs, and creating sales enablement collateral. What’s more, you’re interested in partnering with our Marketing Manager, Customer Success team, Sales, and Product leadership to drive adoption of go-to-market practices across our maturing company.
  • As a humble and motivated technology leader, you will use Agile practices to achieve these goals, including believing we can and should always find ways to improve. 
  • As a servant leader, you get stoked about effectively measuring, communicating, and reporting on defined sprint KPIs, deliverable progress, resource needs, and barriers so that our team can do their best work
  • Gifted in communication and decision-making, you can inspire our development team to deliver amazing results while instilling confidence in our users by handling daily production support with grace. 

Collaboration:

  • This role will report to our Director, Product.
  • You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Development and Design teams.
  • Officially, you will be part of a 3-person team: Director, Product and fellow Product Manager.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably at a B2B SaaS company, or equivalent relevant experience (such as design, QA, development, or marketing)
  • Technical acumen as demonstrated by a track record that supports your potential to drive adoption of our API with our lending and real estate customer base 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, which you can prove by showing us examples of usable products and audience-centric artifacts (ie requirements documentation, project plans, go-to-market materials, and feature designs)
  • Proven ability to translate tech and sales to each other 
  • Comfortable setting up and presenting new feature demos to varying audiences
  • Personality that enjoys frequent change and can adjust priorities accordingly
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to drive cross-functional teams

Extra special Bonus Points: 

  • Experience working in the lending or real estate industry
  • Experience as a product marketing manager or marketing collateral creator
  • Experienced with Jira, Postman, Stoplight, Salesforce, Hubspot, Intercom, Webflow, Wistia, Youtube, AWS, Mandrill, Twilio
