Product Engagement Manager
Nymbl is looking for an outstanding Customer Engagement specialist to manage multiple aspects of the experience of our older adult customers. The ideal candidate has a passion for improving the lives of older adults, a love of understanding customer journeys, and a history of success in customer engagement.

Nymbl is a Colorado-based digital health startup that produces the Nymbl Balance System, a comprehensive software solution to improve balance and prevent falls among seniors. Every 17 seconds someone falls and goes to the ER, costing $50 billion per year. Most of these falls are preventable, and we aim to make a big dent in this problem. We want to enable older adults to live fuller, more engaging lives for longer.

You feel confident in defining a customer engagement strategy for a company while working closely with the executive team members.
You have many skills. In fact, you wonder if you’ll even find a position that can utilize all of them. You love interacting with customers, creating and delivering content to help users engage and enjoy software, mapping customer journeys, and organizing and executing focus groups.
You find the idea of having tens of thousands of users to manage absolutely thrilling. You can’t wait to create new content, test its impact, and automate the things that work to keep users coming back for more.
You are organized and diligent enough to lead product efforts. You can quickly sketch new product ideas and know how to test them with users. You can’t wait to communicate your ideas and findings to a multi-functional team.

You have absolutely top-notch communication and organizational skills.
WHAT YOU’LL DO IN YOUR NYMBL POSITION
- Define, manage, and execute our entire customer engagement strategy for our older adult customers
- Regularly create content and interact remotely with users to help optimize users’ experience – creating a personable, fun tone that keeps users interested and engaged
- Quickly create, test, document, and iterate on new product concepts to define our product direction
- Create and execute focus groups to test new product features and get feedback on existing ones
- Rigorously document your data and findings so that everything we do is headed in the right direction
- Communicate collaboratively with Product and with Customer Success to ensure a top-notch Nymbl experience that is innovative and fun
YOU MUST HAVE:
- The highest level of integrity
- Several years of demonstrated success in a customer engagement role
- The ability to engage older adults and solicit meaningful feedback
- An understanding of agile product development processes
- The ability to quickly create testable mockups to get feedback and product direction
- An ability to automate engagement and outreach to tens of thousands of users
- An understanding of startup environment
- Demonstrated ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively
- Exceptional communication and attention to detail
