Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Wireless Ecosystem
With a passion for motivating people, you will be the narrator of our story. You will lead a highly motivated, cross functional team on defining, delivering and managing an enabling ecosystem for user equipment devices and services for DISH's wireless enterprise and wholesale partners.

You will work closely with both device engineering and retail wireless product teams defining and enabling new devices, both mobile and fixed, on DISH's first of a kind 5G platform. You will work at the intersection of enterprise, retail, and technology aligning strategies allowing for a single roadmap to network enablement. You will lead the wireless enterprise and private networking device development journeys from product conception to market launch requiring an intense need to continually deliver devices into the market balanced by the strategic foresight to align on the future. Fueled by the need to innovate and foster value creation, you will be the customer's ambassador, focusing on the customer's holistic experience with the product.
Responsibilities
- Continuously collaborate with your retail wireless device product managers to take full advantage of their roadmaps and products for Enterprise Wholesale (e.g. MNVOs, Private Networking etc)
- Directly interact with these MVNOs and Private Networking customers at both the executive (CTO/CIO/CMO) and engineering levels. Discover and validate their problems and collaborate with your colleagues to bring them valuable solutions empowered by the latest devices and technologies.
- Understand, identify and maintain multi-year device roadmaps for all devices both mobile and fixed that map their services and technologies back to solutions for your customers.
- With automation always top of mind, help develop systems and tools for effective communications and efficient task execution.
- Evaluate, implement, manage and continuously improve device and network technology engineering collaboration processes and procedures.
- Lead competitive analysis, research, and new product identification in close concert with the entire Product Organization.
- Be a product ambassador with customers, prospects, analysts, partners, executive stakeholders and employees, facilitating visible and shared stakeholder understandings that help the organization best triage what will actually get done.
- Objectively encourage and execute on product pivots away from products that lack sufficient traction, including termination of product concepts in favor of new opportunities
- Be accountable ensuring the success of the Program Managers, Program Sales and Customer Service teams.
- Instill data driven decision making as the expected norm not the exception; you will lead by example.
- Be and be known as a leader within the company and be a role model for the company's culture.

Requirements
- Preferred MBA and 5+ years of product management; or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven product management and C-level engagement experience driving great user experiences that solve critical customer problems.
- 5+ years experience with wireless device management and/or development.
- Functional understanding of mobility wireless device and network feature dependencies and concepts such as 3GPP, 4G & 5G, 5G SA vs NSA, Network Slicing, spectrum bands, etc.
- Working knowledge of mobility wireless service and supporting technologies such as private networks, CBRS spectrum, and WiFi.
- Preferred track record balancing the conceptualization of strategic initiatives with tactical execution.
- Preferred experience in general management with profit and loss accountability.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Engineering and Marketing.
- Strong foundation in product discovery and validation methodologies (User Story & Journey Mapping, Customer Interviewing, prototyping, A/B and Qualitative/Quantitative value testing etc.)
- Strong foundation in product development methodologies (e.g. Design Thinking, DevOps, Agile, Lean UX etc.)
- Deep knowledge of LOB customers, product solutions, product data, business models, and industry competitors, domain trends and technology trends.
- Preferred understanding of wireless device engineering, user equipment OEM/ODM specifications and certification.
- Preferred understanding of development and delivering cloud native products as a service, virtualized deployments, containerization, DEV/OPS and CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred understanding of new and emerging security principals as it relates to virtualized networks, radio networks, edge networks and devices.

Compensation: $114,880.00/Year - $159,200.00/Year
