In this role, you will drive strategic decision making for one of Western Union’s IAM products: Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), or Internal/External Advanced Authentication. You will be responsible for strategic planning, creating roadmaps, implementation, and delivery of key feature functionality to effectively meet evolving business needs and support the overall IAM strategy. You will build and maintain knowledge of relevant technology and industry trends that enable secure, effective, and efficient growth of IAM capabilities. You will be responsible for developing product presentations and communicating across all levels of the organization including executive partners. You will report and manage the status/health of your product, including any services or projects within your product capability. You will understand the goals, strategies, and plans, as well as critical success factors for functional business partners and will serve as the primary IAM interface for these partners to ensure continued product alignment. You will partner closely with the various IAM capability leads to understand, manage, and prioritize demand, and schedule/sequence delivery. You will translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable work for development teams to consume and deliver via agile sprints. 

 

For this role, you will have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, or related field and 5+ years of technical Product Owner/Manager experience. In addition, you will have 3+ years of experience within various IAM disciplines with working knowledge of concepts such as Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, passwordless, threat detection, Identity Governance, and Privileged Access. You will have hands on experience with agile tools, such as Jira, and experience working within Scrum, SAFE, or related methodologies.  You will bring a dynamic personality and strong analytical skills combined with comfort operating in ambiguity to drive innovative and transformative solutions across the enterprise.

Annual base salary gross:  $81,204.00 - $143,043.00. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
