We’re looking to grow our team with another compassionate communicator, responsible for keeping MeetMindful’s member base happy, engaged, and safe. This entry-level Community Manager position offers you a chance to get involved early on with a fast-paced, successful tech startup, with room to grow with us.
This is a part-time contract position for approximately 15-20 hours per week, with consistent hours on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, and variable shifts on Friday afternoons and Monday mornings.

What you’ll get to do:
Learn what it takes to scale a social platform from hundreds of thousands to millions of members
Protect the tribe by moderating community behavior to ensure good intentions
Connect with our amazing members and guide them to success (and, quite often: love!)
Influence the evolution of MeetMindful’s products by advocating for members
Contribute to a high-performing startup that celebrates personal and team wins
What you’ll need:
1+ years experience in a customer-facing role communicating with customers daily
Ability to work comfortably and independently from home on weekends
Enthusiasm for helping awesome customers via high-volume email and live chat support
An ability to communicate professionally online with empathy, patience, and compassion
Respect for private and sensitive customer information, handled with integrity
A computer with Mac OS to comfortably use Google Apps (Gmail, Drive)
A self-motivated attitude of independence and passion for growth
