About the Role

The Product Manager will be responsible for challenging the team to think bigger and move faster to solve big supply chain problems. This position is accountable to maintain a clear, valuable, and vetted backlog of features and inspire the team to quickly ship valuable features.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains a clear, vetted, valuable backlog
- Challenges the team to continuously accelerate delivery
- Rapidly innovates by conceptualizing, developing, and shipping high quality features, which makes a significant impact to solve customer challenges and achieves strategic business objectives
- Develops operational context to train customers, onboard new users, and handle support requests as needed
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word) & SQL
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary.
- Ability to multi-task projects and required tasks in an organized fashion
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as self-motivated in individual projects
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years experience
Benefits
Salary Range for this position $70-110K.
