Product Development Assistant

· Source and partner with external designers, sample sewers and tech editors to build industry relationships
· Create and maintain project spec sheets and partner with Product Development team to create and delivery accurate project patterns
· Manage quality assurance for pre-production goods with PPS kit sample checks and monitor post-purchase customer feedback
· Create visual tools for better cross-functional partnerships
· Oversee sample timelines and tracking, and effectively inform team members of expected delivery dates while managing changing priorities
· Organize product bins and immersing oneself in physical product. This role is not always staring at a computer!
· Develop expertise in project kit management and development, and effectively communicate techniques to the team for optimal process execution

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Product Development or Fashion Design
• 1-3 years experience in Project Management, Product Development, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Excel
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables with strong organization skills and attention to detail
