TITLE:Principal Engineer II
LOCATION: Greenwood Village, CO
JOB SUMMARY: Provide a centralized authentication solution for customer facing applications, as well as internal applications. Utilize Java 8, Java 11, Spring Boot, API Gateway, and Agile development
methodology to develop, modify, enhance and implement features of authentication applications in accordance with design specifications. Oversee feature development to ensure the
features are implemented according to our standards and best practices, with a high level of quality, code coverage, and meets all resiliency expectations. Participate in daily team
meetings to ensure projects are on track, and to remove blockers related to development. Work closely with our partners to communicate project progress. Architect application solutions to meet the requirements of our partners (architecture, product, customers). Create and modify documentation on team process and design solutions. Lead large projects by providing LOEs, solutions, creating user stories, and delegating work. Mentor junior team members in development best practices, code and test quality, and resiliency standards. *Hybrid (office and remote) work arrangement is available
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5 years of experience with software development in at least 1 language; performing object-oriented design and analysis; and developing restful web services. 3 years of experience developing software using Java 8 or higher, and familiarity with the Spring framework; and Unit and Integration Testing frameworks. 2 years of experience with basic networking concepts and systems integration; interfacing with and taking technical directions from Architects and Designers; and consuming high-level software architecture and design documentation. *Hybrid (office and remote) work arrangement is available
Salary depends on geography, experience, and education; negotiations begin at $152,069/year.

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
