Role Description

The Digital Principal role will drive the growth of Credera’s digital business in the Greater Denver Region. This role will work closely with national practice and local Denver leadership on increasing both the supply and demand of Credera’s digital services while ensuring the work delivered is of the highest value and quality to Credera’s clients. This role will also serve as a member of the Denver Leadership Team, working with that team to grow the Credera culture in Denver and establish Credera as the recognized trusted partner for the companies we choose to do business with.

The successful candidate will be a “sell and deliver candidate”, one who can inspire clients to engage with Credera to deliver a digital vision and then ensure that that vision gets successfully delivered. Candidate must be self-motivated in all aspects of the role, enthusiastic, a quick learner, detail-oriented and possess a high degree of initiative. The successful candidate should be able to adapt in a dynamic and collaborative work environment where people, technologies, processes and industries can change between engagements. The candidate will be expected to lead teams and make independent decisions. 

The successful candidate is looking for an opportunity to build a digital business, to lead innovative, first in class, digital solutions from inception to execution including driving and supporting business development in their space. They will serve as the digital face for Credera in the market and thus must have a strong market reputation in their space. 

Responsibilities

  • Represent Credera’s industry leading digital expertise and capabilities in the marketplace. Areas of representation include but are not limited to the following:
    • Digital strategy
    • Digital transformation
    • User experience and design
    • Customer engagement and eCommerce
    • Digital implementation
  • Drive development of our digital business, developing and owning the digital go to market strategy
  • Actively participate in business development either directly through ones own relationship or in support of others as digital SME
  • Ensure our digital engagements with our clients are delivered to the high standards of our firm both as a project director and as a domain SME. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
    • Estimate and planning
    • Traditional delivery oversight
    • Client satisfaction
  • Direct delivery and leadership participation on strategic engagements

Qualifications

  • Strong alignment and conviction to Credera core values of Professionalism, Excellence, Integrity, and Humility
  • 3 years minimum in a senior digital leadership role where thought leadership and innovation are required
  • 10 years minimum consulting and/or an industry experience within eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Omni-Channel, Digital Analytics and/or Retail
  • 6 years minimum project management and/or technical leadership experience
  • Highly self motivated with demonstrable experience in being so
  • Strong executive presence; demonstrated ability to own and grow senior relationships
  • Meaningful professional network in Denver; well-connected in Denver business/technology communities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit including business development, market development, and brand promotion including thought leadership
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related field of study
  • MBA preferred but not required
