Product Manager

Snowvation is a high growth, venture-backed and customer funded startup in Denver, Colorado that is revolutionizing the winter sports booking industry. Our cloud-based platform delivers a modern, user-friendly e-commerce experience for guests while also enabling ski resort owners to easily and efficiently manage snow school bookings, e-commerce, instructor availability, and more. Snowvation empowers dozens of resorts across the U.S., China, & Japan to better engage with their customers.

Required Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with a strong passion to learn and grow your craft in sales, marketing, & operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field, OR comparable work experience AND coursework/education

• 1-3 years experience in b2b sales, marketing, and/or startup operations

• Some experience with customer support and account management

• Some experience in strategic planning & thinking in a startup environment preferred

• Ability to work with and actively participate with a small, highly motivated, high-speed team

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Some domain knowledge preferred but not required (ski & snowboard industry)

• Strong drive for problem-solving, for constantly evolving growth hacks and finding ways to scale a product and company

What You'll Do:

• Report to and work directly with CEO 

• Willing to travel on occasion (the places you go are hard to beat)

• Manage your own book of business, and guide potential clients through the entire sales process

• Build relationships and develop key strategic partnerships, integrations, and alliances with other organizations

• Assist in launching the Snowvation product in new countries

• Assist in launching new Snowvation products for other verticals

• Think independently and establish your own growth initiatives on behalf of the company
